Dent Bay Baking is a small-batch bakery rooted in sourdough. Our breads and pastries are handmade using artisanal techniques, long fermentation, and a slow rise—bringing depth of flavour and character to each bake.

We work closely with seasonal ingredients from local farmers and growers, alongside whole and heritage grains. The bakery is collaborative by design—built on shared ideas, creativity, and the belief that great food comes from co-creation and an inclusive team.
